Ratings and reviews must be honest, fair, and based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

UPNET acts as a platform connecting artisans and customers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided or disputes between users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
