View detailed professional profiles including ratings, reviews, years of experience, qualifications, portfolio images, and service areas. See what other customers have said about their experience working with the professional.

Add Services to Quote

Found what you need? Click "+" or "Book" to add services to your quote (cart). You can add multiple services from different professionals. Specify quantities, preferred dates, times, and add notes for each service.

Checkout & Provide Details

When ready, proceed to checkout. You'll be asked to create an account or log in if you haven't already. Provide your contact phone number and service delivery address (or select "no address required" if arranging location directly with the professional).

Pay Booking Fee & Submit Requests

Review your service requests and pay a small booking fee to connect with the professionals. This fee ensures serious inquiries and helps maintain platform quality. You can pay via credit card, EFT, or use account credits if available. Your service requests are then submitted to the professionals.

Professional Reviews & Responds

The professional receives your service request and will review the details. They can accept, provide a quote, or decline the request. You'll receive notifications about their response. Once accepted, you'll get the professional's contact details to coordinate final arrangements.

Service Delivery & Payment

Coordinate directly with the professional to finalize details and arrange service delivery. The actual service payment is made directly to the professional upon satisfactory completion of the work. This protects both parties and ensures quality service delivery.

Rate & Review

After the service is completed, rate your experience and leave a review to help other customers make informed decisions. Your feedback helps maintain high-quality standards and assists professionals in building their reputation on the platform.

  • Booking Fee: A small booking fee is charged per service request to connect you with verified professionals and ensure serious inquiries.
  • Service Payment: The actual service cost is paid directly to the professional after work completion to your satisfaction.
  • Saved Addresses: You can save multiple delivery addresses for quick checkout on future requests.
  • Account Credits: Credits can be used to pay booking fees for future service requests.
  • Request Management: Track all your service requests in "My Requests" and view their status in real-time.
